  • What is Furk.net? How do I use it? Furk.net is a Free Hosting Service that allows you to share your Files on the Internet. Furk.net allows uploading not only from your local files but from global BitTorrent network as well. So Furk.net can be used as a BitTorrent proxy.
  • What happen if I share my premium download links with my friends? They will use your bandwidth limit so you'll pay for your friends.
  • I got a corrupted file. What to do? If you get corrupted files that means either your have a unreliable Internet connection or problems w/ your computer (RAM for example). Try the following:
    1. Use default (https://) links. For example if you have a content filtering proxy it may help you to bypass it w/o filtering.
    2. Use a download manager. We recomend FreeDownloadManager
    3. If you downloaded a currupted RAR file try to recover it using WinRar
  • I download a file which asks for password/have bad video quality etc... We have not control over files content. All we do is providing access to files and all available information we were able to gather.
  • What is the maximum File size? There is no one. However for HTTP uploads huge files will automatically splitted by RAR archiver.
  • What is RAR archiver? RAR is advanced archiver useful for file distribution. You don't need RAR installed. Most of the archivers such as WinZip and 7-Zip can unpack .rar files. More info about RAR.
  • Can I Upload Multiple Files at the same time? Yes. As many as you want. Just click the "More..." button.
  • How long will you host my file? Basically, forever. If a File was not downloaded for 30 days, it will be deleted.
  • Can I delete my uploaded Files? Yes. After you uploaded a File, you will get a 'Delete URL'. If you go to this URL, your File will be deleted.
  • What kind of Files will you host (or not host)? Please go to our Terms of Service Page to see what is not allowed. Other than that, everything is allowed.
  • I've uploaded a File, but I forgot the Linking Code/URL. What do I do?
    • If you uploaded a file while you were logged in then go to Uploaded Files page and click Share link.
    • If you uploaded anonymously then just upload the File again. You will then get new Linking Codes.
  • Can I replace my Files by re-uploading another File with the same Filename? No. Files cannot be replaced. Our system allows different Files with the same Filename so that doesn't work.
