Terms of Service:

Furk.net is a free File Hosting service. This service is intended for users that want a quick and easy way to host their digital files. Although this is a free service, we will not accept any digital content that compromises security of our servers or use excessive bandwidth.

Furk.net reserves the right to remove, replace or redirect links to any uploaded file without notice, and assumes no liability for lost activation links or misplaced file URL's. It is user's responsibility to keep track of this information.

The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances:

• Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
• Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity as well as files for which user lacks usage and distribution permissions.
• Files that are consuming large amounts of system resources or excessive bandwidth.
• Files that are offensive, unethical or gruesome.
• Files whose intended use or purpose is to harass or harm individual or multiple persons.
• Files whose intended use or purpose is the promotion of products or services.
• Files whose intended use or purpose is to harm/infect computer systems in any way shape or form.
• ...or any other file that the owner of this site thinks is improper.

Uploading any type of the above-mentioned files can or will result in:

• The immediate termination of user's ability to use Furk.net or any of its provided services. A banned user can experience the following consequences:
  • The Furk.net website will not load.
  • All Furk.net-hosted files will not load.
  • All user-hosted files will be deleted.
• Authorities may be contacted. Regarding the infringing content, any available user information will be shared with either the FBI and/or Interpol, depending on both the severity of the infringement and the applicable cause of removal of future harm. With this information, these two agencies will be able to find and arrest the user in regard to any of the above-mentioned infringements.

Furk.net will not hesitate to completely ban any domain which uses Furk.net's services without regard to Furk.net's Terms of Service. If a domain is banned, all traffic from that domain will be ignored or redirected. If such a situation occurs, the domain's owner must ensure the quick removal of all files hotlinked from Furk.net on that domain.

If the domain's owner feels that the domain was banned without justification, the domain's owner should Contact Furk.net, explain the situation and supply a direct (accessible) link to the URL that shows the links to the banned failes. Not just the site's domain name.

Furk.net monitors the download activity from each user. Furk.net reserves the right to block access or limit the download ability of any user if Furk.net thinks that the user's download activities are excessive or thinks that the user is using Furk.net in an improper way.

Legal Policy:

You acknowledge that the services Furk.net provides are "as is". Neither Furk.net, nor it's parent company, shareholders or any of its employees or agents, warrants that the services Furk.net provides will be uninterrupted, error free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Furk.net is not responsible for and hereby disclaims any warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the data and/or completeness, noninfringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of information available on its servers or residing on or passing through its interconnecting networks. Use of information obtained from or through our services is at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Furk.net be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage caused by you using Furk.net.

Furk.net directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are uploaded to Furk.net to individual users and will cooperate with law enforcement entities in the case that uploaded files are deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

By using Furk.net, user agrees not to involve Furk.net nor it's parent company, shareholders or any of its employees or agents in any type of legal action or dispute.

All uploaded files are copyrighted to their respective owners. All other content is copyrighted by Furk.net. Furk.net is not responsible for the content of any uploaded file, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.

No part of Furk.net may be reproduced or recreated without explicit written permission by Furk.net.

These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning.
